The FinAP CheckLists service, provided by FinObserve, gives users access to information from public registers and other trusted data sources, including personal data contained within them. Below you will find information for individuals whose personal data are processed by FinObserve in connection with the operation of the FinAP CheckLists service.
Information for data subjects whose personal data from the Central Register of Beneficial Owners (CRBO) are processed by the Controller.
Information for data subjects whose personal data from the National Court Register (KRS) are processed by the Controller.
Information for data subjects whose personal data from the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) are processed by the Controller.
